- Develop strategic roadmaps for disruptive technology adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and scenario planning frameworks
- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Curate exclusive 'Future Council' with industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innnovation (strongly preferred)
