- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Facilitate C-level strategy workshops translating future scenarios into actionable business priorities
- Build and lead a cross-functional 'Future Lab' team of researchers and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks using predictive modeling frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences (e.g., TED, World Economic Forum)
- Experience building and leading high-impact innovation teams in tech-forward organizations
