Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026 technological adoption across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead scenario planning initiatives to identify emerging market disruptors and competitive threats
- Drive innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3+ years market impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence points
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- PMP or similar innovation certification preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism/tech journals
