Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives on next-gen human-machine interfaces and neural networks
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate futuristic innovations into core business strategy
- Manage a $5M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused project prioritization
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in Nature/Future of Science
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers through agile development cycles
- Secure strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years of R&D leadership
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (3+ products at scale)
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and synthetic biology integration
- Published research in top-tier journals (minimum 15 peer-reviewed papers)
- Experience securing $10M+ in venture capital or government grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Exceptional public speaking skills with TED-level presentation experience
