Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging technology adoption pathways
- Produce strategic white papers and predictive models for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Represent company at global futurist forums and technology summits
- Build and mentor a team of future-focused analysts and researchers
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 tech landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (blockchain, quantum, AGI)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
- Proven experience translating future scenarios into product roadmaps
