Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market disruption preparedness
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry transformation forecasts
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (e.g., AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Studies) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
