Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating future technologies with current business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype futuristic solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with quarterly execution plans
- Deliver thought leadership through whitepapers, industry keynotes, and trend briefings
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and nurture an external network of futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation roles within tech or Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services (2018-2025)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Strong command of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and external audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or innovation frameworks
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
