- Design and execute scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Deliver compelling foresight reports to executive leadership and board members
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications and conference presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic plans
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published work in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
