Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology foresight roadmap for 2026-2031 ecosystem

- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technology implementation
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation strategy with business objectives
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Represent company at global futurism forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or futurism with 5+ in leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on emerging technology implications (e.g., Nature, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/neuro/AI)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation-to-market executions
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
