Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic shifts
- Develop predictive models and scenario planning frameworks for future market landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with cross-functional teams
- Produce strategic whitepapers and thought leadership on future-focused topics
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Monitor and evaluate disruptive technologies' potential business impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Published thought leadership in innovation or forespace publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
