Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, sustainable energy, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future market disruptions
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and World Economic Forum initiatives
- Author white papers on AI governance frameworks and metaverse economic models
- Oversee $15M R&D budget allocation for next-generation prototype development
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and exponential technology adoption
- Represent Horizon Labs at Davos and Global Technology Summit conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with specialization in Innovation
- Proven track record in scaling exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Deep expertise in UN SDGs integration with commercial innovation pipelines
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or MIT Technology Review
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Institute for the Future)
