Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present futuristic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Curate annual 'Future Impact' symposiums showcasing 2026-ready innovations
- Mentor a team of 8+ futurists and innovation specialists
- Integrate sustainability and ethical AI principles into all 2026 technology strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and investor audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published research or thought leadership on 2026+ technology trends
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
