Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technology forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate futuristic visions into corporate strategy
- Manage innovation portfolios with $10M+ R&D budgets
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, R&D, or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, neurotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Experience managing cross-functional global teams
- Certifications in innovation management or strategic foreship (preferred)
