Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Innovation Framework, aligning emerging technologies with evolving market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing neuro-ergonomic interfaces for next-generation workforce optimization
- Quantify long-term ROI for futuristic initiatives using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and neuro-tech startups
- Develop proprietary methodologies for forecasting societal shifts and their business implications
- Mentor innovation specialists in emerging domains: quantum machine learning, synthetic biology integration, and neural symbiosis
- Present futuristic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Cognitive Science
- Proven track record in launching technology roadmaps with 3+ year horizons
- Expertise in quantum computing applications and neural interface technologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., AnyLogic, Gartner Horizon)
- Experience with neuro-ergonomic design principles and human-AI collaboration frameworks
