Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder workshops to align executive vision with future capabilities
- Publish thought leadership on sustainable innovation pathways
- Identify and mitigate systemic risks in emerging technology adoption

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published work in futures research or innovation thought leadership
- Experience with cross-industry collaboration on systemic challenges
