Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to develop 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a network of futurist thought leaders and industry disruptors
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for long-term competitive advantage
- Oversee $50M+ innovation budget allocation for 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder influence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Fluency in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
