- Mentor junior researchers while maintaining hands-on technical expertise
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching 3+ revolutionary products valued at $100M+
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into executable strategies
- Published author in Nature/Science with >50 citations in AI/ML research
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience securing SBIR grants and federal innovation funding
- Portfolio of patented technologies solving 21st-century challenges
