Responsibilities

- Present future-tech forecasts to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on futuristic deployments
- Drive 5-year innovation pipeline with quarterly market disruption assessments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in tech innovation with proven 2025+ technology roadmap delivery
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems (blockchain/Web3)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 commercialized future-tech implementations
- Certification in Emerging Technology Strategy (e.g., IEEE Foresight, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing R&D teams of 15+
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum, MIT Tech Review, or similar
