Responsibilities

- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Publish thought leadership in IEEE and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in tech strategy with proven 2020s innovation track record
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network optimization, or synthetic biology
- Published work in peer-reviewed scientific or engineering journals
- Experience with venture capital due diligence for deep tech startups
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain DoD/NASA certifications
