Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic implementation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify first-mover opportunities
- Manage innovation budget and ROI tracking for experimental initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals or conferences
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budget management
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
