You will collaborate with R&D, product, and executive leadership to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and build roadmaps for the future.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Metaverse) to predict their impact on the business by 2026.
- Develop comprehensive 'Future of Work' frameworks, including hybrid collaboration models and AI-driven workforce automation.
- Lead scenario planning sessions to prepare leadership for multiple possible futures.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential tech startups and acquisition targets aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Advise on ethical AI implementation and data governance strategies for the next generation of products.
- Collaborate with design teams to integrate future-state user experiences into current roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic consulting, futurism, or corporate strategy within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing long-term strategic initiatives (5+ year horizon).
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills for executive presentations.
