Qualifications

- Certification in at least two: AWS Quantum, TensorFlow Quantum, or Microsoft Azure Quantum
- Track record of scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, future 2026 standards)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future tech
