Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential technology trends (quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports predicting industry disruptions and competitive threats
- Partner with product teams to prototype 2026-viable concepts using rapid innovation sprints
- Establish global innovation networks with academic institutions and government futurists
- Advise C-suite on emerging regulatory landscapes and ethical technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technological convergence
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
