Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI and technology integration roadmap.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine their viability for enterprise-scale deployment.
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Identify potential operational bottlenecks and design scalable, future-proof solutions.
- Monitor industry trends to maintain our competitive advantage in the lead-up to 2026.
- Present strategic findings and progress reports to key stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or AI development.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects from conception to execution.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, generative AI, and cloud infrastructure.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
