Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the company's 2026 technology vision and innovation roadmap.
- Evaluate and prototype next-generation technologies including Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, and Spatial Computing.
- Lead cross-functional innovation pods to transition R&D concepts into market-ready products.
- Partner with executive leadership to align future-tech investments with overarching business objectives.
- Represent FutureForge Tech at global tech summits and industry panels to establish thought leadership.
- Identify emerging tech trends to maintain our competitive advantage in the 2026 landscape.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in cutting-edge development practices.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, R&D, or advanced software engineering.
- Proven track record of bringing highly experimental tech products to market.
- Deep technical understanding of AI/ML, Quantum computing concepts, and decentralized systems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to forecast long-term industry shifts.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
