Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI and emerging technology roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional engineering and product teams to integrate next-generation LLM capabilities into core platforms.
- Evaluate and establish strategic partnerships with leading AI research labs and hardware providers.
- Conduct ongoing R&D to identify disruptive technologies that will provide a competitive moat by 2026.
- Oversee the transition to sustainable, high-compute cloud infrastructure optimized for autonomous AI workloads.
- Advise the C-suite on AI governance, ethical considerations, and future compliance frameworks.
- Mentor and scale a world-class team of AI researchers and machine learning engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML strategy and architecture.
- Deep technical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling high-performance engineering teams and products.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align technical innovations with overarching business goals.
