Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive AI strategy targeting 2026 milestones and beyond.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions into core platforms.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI initiatives and report progress to executive leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers.
- Ensure all AI deployments adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and security standards.
- Forge strategic partnerships with AI vendors, academic institutions, and industry leaders.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or AI/ML engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling machine learning models in production.
- Deep understanding of the current AI landscape and a strong vision for its evolution through 2026.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
